INLIMITED became a member of the All-Ukrainian Association of Contact Centers

Participation in the Association is a powerful resource for development, because the exchange of experience with members of the Association, leading companies and professionals with more than 10 years of experience in dealing with customers from different areas of business will help increase the effectiveness of solutions for our customers.

Currently, we plan to present the following technological solutions to the members of the Association:
Audio analytics INLIMITED – an intelligent solution for processing audio content to improve customer service. It allows you to speed up the processing of appeals, control the compliance of employees with corporate service ethics and safety rules, to identify the level of customer satisfaction, analyzing the emotional color of speech and more.

Video analytics INLIMITED – intelligent video analysis in real time, which allows you to detect programmed events and provides a rapid response to them, through an automated alerting system. The solution will be considered for use in the problem of researching customer behavior.

With practical experience in creating technological solutions for audio and video analytics for customer service, our company seeks to strengthen the work of the Association’s Information Technology Committee, promote high quality technology and participate in the development of standardized requirements for technological solutions supplied to the market.
