Inlimited professional solutions increase security in seaports

Our company had created a modern video surveillance system, which facilitated the work of the Maritime Security Service of the Reni Sea Port Authority.

Sea and river ports require special protection. In addition to obvious problems, such as unauthorized access, cargo theft and smuggling, there is a risk of terrorist attacks and piracy. Protecting these critical infrastructures is one of the national security issues, so it is imperative to apply solutions using the latest generation technologies.

The feature of the project became that the company’s specialists had created an individual design solution that allowed detecting unusual and suspicious actions on the territory of 940 thousand square meters. For this purpose, a video surveillance system was implemented using only 55 specialized cameras (49 manufactured by Mobotix and 6 – Axis). The project realization provided a high level of protection and surveillance, that works in conditions of limited visibility (with fog, heavy rain, snowfall and direct sunlight), in the port area, as well as high-quality display of events on monitors of a single situational center, warning of unauthorized access to the territory, control and organization access, transport identification.
